Office Ergonomics
If you find that you or your staff suffers from aches and pains or are having trouble focusing, then it might be time to look at how your workstation is set up. Simple changes made at and around a workstation can make huge differences in the way our bodies cope. These changes can help improve productivity and reduce or prevent pains that can be associated with general office duties.

Our ‘Workstation Setup’ program educates your staff on how to correctly set up their individual workstation for themselves.

Programs:

OPTION A: Workstation Setup Training
This program is not only designed to correctly set workstations up for your staff rather it is designed to train the participants how to do it correctly for themselves. This gives the participants the skills and ability to correctly setup any workstation they work at, themselves. This program will suit any person who regularly works at a desk or with computers.

We will also provide the participants with an individual ergonomic assessment where a report will be developed.

Typically this program runs between 45minutes to 90minutes.

We limit our group sizes to 20 people to encourage group participation and interaction.

This program combines well with the ‘Stretch Into Action’ program.

OPTION B: Ergonomic Assessments
We provide 15minute one-on-one ergonomic assessments to assess the setup of your desk. A report is developed from the consultation.
